To drive governance, Jatia Steel intends to have a Board structure that has an appropriate composition of Executive and Independent Directors. The Independent Directors on the Board would be selected based on experienced, competent and highly reputed persons from their respective fields.

At Jatia Steel, we not only work on protection of Minimum rate of Wages, rather the company believes in paying more than the specified rate of Bonus and wages with adherence to hours of work, interval of rests, highly subsidised food & accommodation with basic facilities.
